Adults only.
Casino access in Czechia is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Operators verify identity and eligibility; a hotel reservation does not remove these requirements.
Decide your limits before you enter.
If you gamble, use only money you can afford to lose. Keep funds for accommodation, food, transport and daily responsibilities separate. Decide a time limit as well as a spending limit, take breaks and leave when either limit is reached.
Never chase a loss.
Do not borrow to gamble or treat gaming as a way to earn an income. Avoid gambling when impaired, distressed or under pressure. Skipping the casino is always a valid choice.
Take a break or exclude yourself.
The Czech Ministry of Finance describes a 48-hour exclusion mechanism through operators, often called the “panic button”, as well as longer-term voluntary exclusion through the Register of Excluded Persons. Ask the operator for help accessing these measures and read the Ministry’s current guidance.
If gambling no longer feels optional.
Speak with someone you trust or contact a qualified support service. Naberte kurz supports people affected by gambling and their loved ones. Its English information page explains its Czech-language service and options for communicating by email.
This page offers general information, not a guarantee that gambling can be made safe. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
